Use of level wizard not successful
Attempting to dub/burn R-R 1/4" tape to CD. Stereo connected via RCA plugs from tape machine directly to Line In on computer with Windows 7. Level Wiz popup: "only one channel is working" Note: There is sound on only one channel. At end of Wiz operation I get, "Last use of level wizard not successful ..." Attempt to record provides following popup: "Software could not create a new recording in selected folder". There is ample memory available. Selected folder is My Music>Recording Folder. Can help?

Re: Use of level wizard not successful
Hi,
Get the problem to happen again, then quit Spin It Again and send us your spinagain-log.txt file, which is located in this folder:
%appdata%\Acoustica\Spin It Again\
You can also find it by clicking on the Windows Start menu, selecting All Programs, then Acoustica Spin It Again and finally Logs.
Please submit a support request and attach the spinagain-log.txt: https://acoustica.kayako.com/conversation/new
