Hi,
It looks like the problem is that you're using Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth instead of an instrument plugin in Mixcraft.
So, the MIDI is going from the external keyboard to both Mixcraft and the Windows synth at the same time.
The solution is to use an instrument plugin like Acoustica Instruments instead.
