Tracks Listing-itunes inoperative

When I go into tracks listing and click on itunes, I receive an error message saying itunes is inoperative even though i have itunes open and running
Hi,
The label maker is looking for the iTunes database file to be in its default location. If it's not, you'll get this error message.
As a workaround, you can just save and load iTunes playlist files.
