sound issue

I have been using this program for a couple years. It does great. Until now.
When I record my records, I can hear the recordings thru my headphones. When I get done, I go thru my recordings and do what I need to. After I get done with the changes, I play the songs to see if changes come out ok. Usually, not a problem. Then, I create a file on my computer for them. But, today, when I listened for my playback for the changes, I get no sound. Tried everything I can think of, but to no avail. I even saved them to a file on my computer, but, still nothing. I even uninstalled spin it again, then downloaded it. Still have same problem. Can hear the records when recording, but not thru playback.
