Anyone have insights for a killer headphone mix? I started adding an Aux Send with Compression and Reverb and it has helped out a ton. Anyone doing anything differently?

Do you mean a mix that's crafted to sound good on headphones or a way to mix on headphones that will sound good on most systems? The latter is a challenge for sure. But possible. Just comes down to well-calibrated ears.
As for the former, I would use still a reference track in my cans to compare.
