Slowing down a video - easy!!!

My wife asked me if I could slow down a video of a person talking too quickly. Initially, I was going to use REAPER, but I could not even import the MP4 file - I suspect some sort of decoder add-on would be necessary.
So I dragged the mp4 file into Mixcraft 9, and did a <ctl>right drag of both the video and the audio - voilà!!! I checked the quality and both the video and audio were perfect. Then rendered to a new mp4 file. It could not have been faster or easier.
