Importing From Logic

I’ve started working with a number of Logic users and they send me .wavs in .zip folders. When I extract and load into Mixcraft 9, the tracks don’t zero properly, or they do and gradually shift out of time as if they’re being played on a higher rpm cassette player. All parties are using 24 bit 44.1khz. Anyone else experience this?
