Hey all! I've been practicing a bit with Mixcraft 9, and finally bought the software.

However, I used PayPal checkout and I'm having a hard time retrieving my registration code or registration ID. I have the receipt from PayPal and everything, but I did not receive a code. Is there anyone I can contact regarding this?

Use the support link at the top of this page, as straightening this out will require sharing personal info that you dont want on the public bulletin board.

Be patient. Small company and its the weekend. But they will get you sorted out.

It may be just a little delay getting the email to you.
Good support here, just dont expect a 24/7 support staff.

fwiw, I recently purchased Mixcraft and received an email from acoustica with registration info so you may check spam folders to make sure. I purchased directly from mixcraft though - but if you purchased through a 3rd party they might handle keys differently?
