Hi,
I'm new to MIDI, and I just bought an M Audio Axiom 49 controller. It is supposedly class compliant.

When it works, it's amazing! But it only is recognized like half the time, and I can't figure out why.

When I plug it in, I never receive a message saying that Mixcraft recognizes it. But if I go to Preferences, it is always there. And sometimes it works.

But other times, there is just no communication. I can use Musical Typing to activate MIDI sounds, but not the controller.

Any ideas?

As a newbie to Mixcraft and an OXYGEN49 owner, I think that to sometimes but then I realize I don't have the track selected which I why I'm not hearing anything. It works pretty well for me when mapping keys.

I've had issues just plugging stuff in with the program open, I have all my controllers plugged in before opening MC.
