I have just dug out my Akai APC mini but i can't get it connected - has anyone had any success? I know that i managed to do it with some midi mapping in Mixcraft 8 but i cannot for the life of me remember how i did it. The mini shows up in the midi Device input section but doesn't register as a surface in the control surface details
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

You should be able to map it with Mixcraft's MIDI Learn feature. Do you see Mixcraft's MIDI In indicator lighting up when you try? Make sure you're not running any other programs, because sometimes an unexpected program can intercept all the MIDI.
