Maudio mtrack quad interface

Mixcraft 9 does not recognize my Maudio mtrack quad interface. The driver is already installed in my computer. Is this interface compatible with Mixcraft 9?

It should work. When you say the driver is already installed, did you go to M-Audio's web page to download and install the latest driver from their web page? If not, do that. https://m-audio.com/support/drivers-search
Go into Mixcraft's sound device preferences. What do you have selected there? If you choose ASIO, do you see the M-Track's ASIO driver in the ASIO Device setting? Make sure you select that.
