Whenever I save a file I only have one option on encoding, and that is 56k sample rate. I need it to save as 128k. everything else is right 44.1mhz 16 bits, but where is the option to tell it what sample rate? it says in help up to 192k. but there is only option option I find is when save as MP3. The dropdown only has one rate there , 56k.
Am I missing a plugin or something?
Any help is appreciated.

Try uninstalling the software, then downloading and installing the latest version, which is Acoustica Audio Converter Pro version 1.0 build 24 (as of this writing).
