Native Instruments Strummed Acoustic Issues

Does Native Instruments Strummed Acoustic only play above certain tempos? Trying to to use it at 62 bpm and most of the presets don't work at that tempo.

I am having the same problem as the original poster. Using Mixcraft 9, and Kontakt7 as a VST. When I use Session Guitarist, the playback in the VST is fine. But when I record it, the speed is slower that the US mail.
