Nomad Factory plugins Unable to load

Hi, is anyone using Nomad Factory plugins?
I installed and authorize a bundle I bought last week (Magnetics II), it shows in the list of plugins as unable to load. Selecting them there causes me to restart Mixcraft, but it doesn't change the status.
I sent an email to their support, but I'm wondering if it's a Mixcraft quirk, or if others have been met with this and how they fixed it.
