I just picked up the Presonus 24c audio interface and in the manual it says to check which MX9 would be best set up for - ASIO or Core Audio. So I'm just wondering what exactly the differences are between the two and which is better for Mixcraft?

Probably ASIO, but if you run into any issues, you can try WaveRT.
