Hi all. I've recently switched from Mixcraft to Presonus Studio One and for some reason, a few of my plugins that came with Mixcraft will not load in S1(xbass, zener limiter, treble cream, twisthead preamp, etc)

Do these plugins ONLY work in Mixcraft? They have all become pretty important parts of my workflow over the years and I'd really like to be able to continue using them. After all, I did pay for them.

Yes, some plugins only work within Mixcraft. For the third-party ones, that may be due to a licensing agreement.
