Mr.hector lagoba not rendering

Just purchased lagoba Mr hector guitar vst and while I'm getting sound during playback when render a mix no sound comes out I've tried downloading the latest version and reinstalled but same result.

checked out the article and did made sure i had taken all the steps still same result. its the first time ive had a problem like this

Hi,
Are you using Mixcraft 9.0 build 470? If not, download and install the latest version of Mixcraft 9 Pro Studio:

Hi,
I installed the plugin, added it to an Acoustica Piano track that had MIDI notes on it, mixed down to MP3 and I can hear the sound.
If you load the mixed down sound back into Mixcraft, does it have a waveform? Can you hear it if you play it in Mixcraft?

just tried it mixed down guitars solo and imported them into a whole new session, no wave form

If you play it, is there any audio (even if you don't see the waveform)?

Hi,
That's weird. It's working for me. Make sure you have the latest version of the plugin.
If it's happening with the latest version of the plugin, get it to happen one more time, then quit Mixcraft and send us your mixcraft-log.txt file.
To find the mixcraft-log file, highlight the following line and press Ctrl+C to copy it:
Press the Windows Key+R to pop up the Run box in Windows. Click in the Run box and press Ctrl+V to paste in the line from above. Finally, click OK to go to the location of the mixcraft-log.txt file.
Submit an Acoustica Support Request and attach the log file along with a brief description of the problem.

Quick question did you just install it and it worked? I was sent by them a 1.0.5 update

Hi,
Yes. I just added it as an effect on a virtual instrument track and then mixed down to MP3.
