Anyone else have this problem with low pass cutoff envelope?

Whenever I use a low pass cutoff envelope on my clips, there's a good chance I'll have this clicking (clipping?) sound at the start. The pic shows the exact moment it happens. Is this a known issue or a problem with my audio settings?
I use the ASIO driver 48k sample rate with 256 buffer size if that helps.

Hi,
Does it happen with any sound? How about sounds from Mixcraft's library? Or just particular sounds? You might try adding a tiny fade at the start of this clip.

It happens with any sound, yes. I tried with the mixcraft library and again it happened. Tried a micro fade-in and no luck. It also happens randomly, not 100% of the time but very often.

Hi,
If it's happening intermittently, it sounds like a playback problem.
Does it happen if you start a new, empty project and try it?

Yes it happens on a new project. Also, if I change the driver from asio to core audio or wave it still happens.
Here's a gif of exactly what's happening. You can see sometimes the playback is fine and then other times there's this annoying clipping sound.

Hi,
I see what you're saying. I'm getting it, too. I'll file a bug report on this.

Fixed in Mixcraft 10.
