Theres a number of ways.
I usually use the "mix down to" function.
File- Mix down to- (File type of choice)- (File location of choice)

You can also "bounce" a track by right-clicking to the left of the track and selecting "Mix to New Audio Track."

Or "freeze" a track by pressing: Ctrl+F

When using the “Mix to new audio track”, does the new audio waveform contain any plugins that might have been in that track insert?

I guess I could try and see….but thought I’d ask while here..

HI,

Yes, any effects on the track would be included. If you don't want them, you could click on FX and bypass them before bouncing.

Or you could use the Mix Down to Stems option on the File menu. That has an option to leave out the effects.
