I want to record several background vocals. All of the recordings begin at the same marker.
Is there a way to say, "Begin recording a new lane at this marker"?

Hi.

Have you tried Loop mode?

Highlight the section you want to record in the timeline, then click the loop button.

Depending on how you have set your recording mode, you can either hear the previous take (Takes) or silence them for the next pass (Overdub).
