Questions on Mixcraft 10 upgrade

Hi, I had some questions around upgrading to Mixcraft 10. I use Mixcraft 9 Pro Studio currently.

- When I upgrade, should I keep both 9 and 10 installed on the same machine?
- Or is more like an upgrade where 9 just becomes 10?
- If both 9 and 10 can run independently, were there some conflicts between versions that turned up in testing?
- Should I plan to uninstall 9 when upgrading?
- Is it correct to assume Mixcraft 9 projects will open similarly in 10?

... and I guess basically I appreciate thoughts on stuff I should consider in upgrade process if there were things the testers encountered, or users here encountered when upgrading. Thanks in advance

I'm running 8, 9 and 10 quite successfully, although you'll probably want to stick to 10 - Marvelous!

The projects integrate upwards, so you could open an 8 project in 10, but not the other way around.

Hi Trevor, thanks for the reply and info. I'm definitely getting the upgrade, just thinking about the timing. So the upgrade went smoothly for you? Any hitches or advance prep I should do? I'm in a good groove writing and recording stuff almost daily currently and am trying to avoid messing up the vibe and avoid potential tech problems.
