waves tune real time (live monitoring issue)

I have win10, focusrite solo 3rd gen and MCpro 10 v.567. Waves tune works fine as effect for recorded vocal but when monitoring real time it sounds not good. ive tried smallest latency by buffer size but no help. When changed 96kHz sample rate it gets better but still not good. Kind of two sounds same time (focusrites direct monitoring is turned off ). Other effects like eq, reverb, compression works fine. Mixcraft is not on the list of supported hosts by waves so its not officially tested. Anyone has experience about this?
