Stem not working

Please go into Mixcraft’s General preferences and choose the option to upload your log files, then let us know that they are uploaded.

I also have no offer for Stems Separation.
I reinstalled, I have all the files. I sent you the Log File.

I did update and I have no stem separation.
I also put that file path into an explorer search and search came up empty.
I tried updating again through help button but it said I’m updated and to start making music.

give me a minute on this.
I just opened Mixcraft preferences then account and I see that there are 9 checked boxes telling me to update.
I sent log files now I will update.
Another edit..
I'm good now.
I did update from Mixcraft preference>account>checked boxes>ok
I now have stem separation. Very cool!!!!

Thank you for sending in your log files! It appears that there are at least a couple of different issues that people are running into with this. We're still investigating.

Try logging into your account at store.acoustica.com, then download and install Mixcraft 10 Pro Studio from the instructions in your library.

ill just wait for a fix, cause I have done that several times and nothing seems to fix the problem.

Hi,

We've already fixed a problem with stem separation where the server wasn't downloading the stem separation files, but you already had the files, so you're having a different problem.

If you go into Mixcraft's Account preferences, do you see the the three stem separation files in the list? If they are there and unselected, you can select them for download.
