Hi,

Quit Mixcraft if it's running, then try deleting the Catalog.db file from this folder:

C:\ProgramData\Acoustica\Mixcraft\Cache

Start up Mixcraft and see if you have the three stem separation components in Account preferences. If there are there and un-checked, you can select them to download them.

Yes, due to that other post, I realized you might also have to delete the three files again:

236.txt
238.txt
241.txt

From this folder: C:\ProgramData\Acoustica\Mixcraft\download_records

Also delete the Catalog file from here:

C:\ProgramData\Acoustica\Mixcraft\Cache

still didnt work, it downloaded the core for the stem, and that all.

Hi,

Thank you for sending in your log files again. Everything seemed to go correctly as far as I can see. Can you please post a screenshot of what you see when you right-click on an audio clip?

Hope this helps solving issue,

For my primary laptop i installed patch and and all other functions worked but not having all the templates. So i installed full pro 10.5 installation from store library and it solved template problem so all was okay, but it removed template and stem separator lines from preferences account (normally what goes there stays there for reinstall/uninstall purpose). I tried to install 10.5 patch to my secondary laptop, but no success, no templates and no stem separator working. Installed full 10.5 pro installation as for primary and it solved templates but there is no right click option for clip to do stem separation. It looks like all stem installation files are there but just missing right click option. What ever i tried (updating stem separator files) no succes to have that right click option (i cannot reinstall from account page as they disappeared but removing .txt files from download records along caches catalog.db file).

Difference between laptops:
Primary: Mx 10.5 installed, windows 11
Secondary: Mx 7, 8, 9, 10.5 installed, windows 10

Hi,

gotchabeats, did you try installing from the full installer (instead of just running the update)? If not, you could try that.

Passionpasi, you can force a full reinstall by doing this:

1. Quit Mixcraft if it is running, then delete the catalog.db file from this folder:

C:\ProgramData\Acoustica\Mixcraft\Cache

2. Next, find the following folder:

C:\ProgramData\Acoustica\Mixcraft\download_records

3. Then delete these files:
236.txt
238.txt
241.txt

4. Start up Mixcraft and check for updates.

Hi,

Okay, in he case of gotchabeats, the log files are showing it can't find the models folder. That's folder 236. It might be helpful to find the install.log file from there:

C:\ProgramData\Acoustica\Mixcraft\installations\236

And here's what my folder looks like:

I just sent log files. Just to be sure i again installed patch, as it didnt work installed full installation and no help.

EDIT: i compared installation folders 236, 238, 241 and they seem to be same with primary laptop which has right click option. So i think only that right click option is missing somehow.
