Templates?

Templates?
There is template folder under programdata/acoustica/mixcraft but how many should there be? After installing update i had none and after reinstalling templates i have 3.
10.5 Pro 596, Win 11, Focusrite solo 4th gen

Hi,
It looks like those are just the Pro Studio templates. Did you patch Mixcraft? If so, you might try downloading and installing the Pro Studio installer. Log into your account at store.acoustica.com and look in the library section.

Yes it was update for build 587. After installing full pro installer all seems good, thanks!

I found the same problem but each time I used the 'check for updates' panel I found more than one that did not instal the first time around.
Repeatedly using the 'check for updates' panel eventually installed each package one at a time. That method did not take long. Less than a few minutes.

I9-900K. nvidia 3060 12GB. 64GB ram. 2 Samsung 28" monitors. Axiom Mini Air 32.
Tannoy Reveal speakers plus Tannoy 15" 250 watt sub. N.A.D and Cambridge Audio Amplification.
