Stem not working

I already did all suggestions from other thread and not worked.
I did now an upload logs from MX settings button.
I did the delete of 3 txt files, delete of catalog, it download again the 3 components, it says success in all 3 but nothing works to shows the option on right click.
in this folder:
C:\ProgramData\Acoustica\Mixcraft\installations\241
I only have install.log and install_successful.
It is ok?

Hi,
Please go into Mixcraft's General preferences, click Upload Log Files, then let us know that you uploaded them.

Hello,
Already did now (the upload of logs).
Also after i delete the catalog file now in account settings it permanent says melodyne 5 and mvp loops. and it not download them even if i check/uncheck them. and if i do check for new updates it says its all done.
Also still no stem available on menu.

I deleted 9.txt and 133.txt, it redownload the mvp with success but it still saying in preferences that melodyne 5 and mvp still need to be updated...
Also we still have the stem menu lack.

Hello Greg ,
You received my log files?
I already did all suggestions from other posts. It not fixed the miss of stem menu on rightclick and now i have that 2 items that it say that i need to update but it not update and when manual it not clear that needs on mx settings acount tab. but in chek for updates it says its all ok.
