Mx10 Manual suggestions

Mx9 PDF manual includes table of contents with links and that is really helpful. Mx10 is rendered from web version and wont have it. One has to use search by keyword to find correct spot from PDF manual. Rendering PDF is easy and fast but i would say detailed table of content list with links is worth the effort and really helpful.

for WEB manual, sliding divided content and side bar areas and search would be nice also

Feature updates:
When new version or feature updates come, would be nice to have detailed walkthrouh with those new features. Videos would be best, but also manual with detailed examples would be good. Adding more help links to app would be nice also. If users dont know how to use great features of Mixcraft it's not for anyone's benefit.

There seemed not to be interest for this so i made it on my own. Might not be perfect but it works.
