I can't save my NI Massive X preset

I can't save my NI Massive X preset
Mixcraft Pro Studio 10.5 don't let me save my custom preset in Massive X, I tried the older version of Massive and there's no problem saving, I've tried it in FL Studio and had no problem saving preset and then tried using FL Studio as a plugin with Massive X in it and also Mixcraft didn't let me save my preset I don't know if that is an issue with my pc or with the program, anyone has the same problem?
