Some plug-ins for Pro Studio are not installed

Post by RStudio »

Why after reinstalling mixcraft 10 pro studio I don't have a number of these plugins available:
DUBSHOX MULTI-BAND DISTORTION
Studio Devil Virtual Bass Amp
VTD-42 Psychedelic Delay
TWISTHEAD VS-206 PREAMP
One half of the plugins are installed and the other half are not. What's the reason for that?
Is there any other way to get the dll of these plugins?

Hi,

1. Make sure you logged in with your Mixcraft Pro Studio account email address in Account preferences.
2. Check for updates and install them if they are there.
3. Check Plug-Ins preferences to make sure that you have the option to load third-party plugins selected. If you don't, select that and restart Mixcraft.
4. Check File > Plug-In Manager to see if the plugins are disabled. If they are, enable them and then restart Mixcraft.

I'm logged in to the email account I used to register mixcraft pro 10

I was installing updates specifically for pro studio plugins and those plugins didn't install for some reason.

These plugins are not in the disabled or unloaded section. They just aren't there.

Loading third party plugins is enabled.

Hi,

Quit Mixcraft if it's running, then find this folder:

C:\ProgramData\Acoustica\Mixcraft\download_records

(Note: the ProgramData folder is hidden by default in Windows. You can copy and paste that line into File Explorer to find it.)

Delete the 8.txt file, then start up Mixcraft and check for updates.
