Needs help with: "mixing down/saving as" problem!

well hello forum, this is my first post here and..., i'm here to something that helps me from an issue been bothering me for a week.
so, i'm using mixcraft 10.1 R-S and i was saving my projects as usual (as .MX10), and i was able to mix down as mp3.
but now, whenever i save as/ mix down to .mp3 or others, it'll just give me this error code : LINK REMOVED
i tried with .WAV , .WMA, .OGG .FLAC but it still the same error, but whenever i save as MIDI file, it doesnt show any error nor getting saved.
any solution or fix for this error code ?, Thank you.

Hi.

First go to Preferences>Account and make sure you're signed into your account.

Next, you have an update(s) to download so you must be connected to the internet.

i signed up to mixcraft recording studio before, i was able to mix down fine that day, but it just kept happening the error after a week from log in, all i think about the solusion is updating , but reinstalling didn't help because i used an older version (same ver.), hope this one WILL work

Great - Yes that would have been my next suggestion. Once the 14 day free trial expires, you can't mix down.
