Pop up to download is too quick

Hello I hope what I'm about to say makes sense.
On my laptop

I've paid for the mixcraft 10.5
I hit the download button from the site
I went into the download drop bar on the webpage
Pressed run
Pressed open file
When it asks if I want to allow the app to make changes on my device I've pressed yes
The next box with the mixcraft logo comes up and disappears so fast I can't do the next step

Help?!?

Are you still having this problem? It looks like Mixcraft was able to connect to the server today.
