Is there any list of "actions" that I can see so that I could read the (wrong) modification, and undo that one only?
Or is it possible only to undo the latest actions in a serial (back) way, but without seeing the modifications and without seeing a complete list?

There's no visible undo list, and you could have to undo actions in order.
