Pianissimo Install Error

Hello - I just upgraded from Mixcraft 9 to Mixcraft 10.5. While installing I received an error message that pianissimo did not install properly, and to reinstall pianissimo or contact customer support. I can't figure out how to reinstall just pianissimo, so I'm posting this message for assistance.

If I go into virtual instrument tracks and try to select pianissimo I also get the message that it did not install correctly and to contact support.

Adding more info:
- I downloaded Pianissimo from the Acoustica website and reinstalled, still does not work and I get the same error message
- Pianissimo works in stand-alone mode, it just does not open inside of Mixcraft 10.5
- Pianissimo still works in Mixcraft 9 on the same laptop

The exact wording of the error message is: Error Loading Sample Data! There was an error loading the Pianissimo sample data file. The instrument will not play properly. Please reinstall Pianissimo, or contact customer support for further assistance.

Please let me know what I should do.
