I make classical music scores. I mix down to midi, and then open/convert that to a score with Musescore program, which I can then export to PDF.
Problem: If any note on Mixcraft has somehow ended up as not exactly what it should be, this plays hell with the score. A simple piano line will look like a big mess with many short notes (64ths etc) etc.
Is there a way to tell my Mixcraft to somehow make all the notes in a piece conform to some standard?
I hope my question is clear, I need this bad and soon.

Possibly your issue might be the imported midi is not importing to the midi grid? Did you set the correct time signature etc. You need to open midi files not import, to have Mixcraft use the time signature and tempo map.

Or are you creating the sheet music from a performance?

Playing the part on a digital piano and then asking any software to create sheet music from that will only work if you play the piece as close to perfect as you can. The scoring software is only interpreting the midi data and that has limitations. What you get, is what was played as what ever software you choose to use sees. I would imagine some might do it better than others?
No matter what, before converting a midi performance to a music score, the midi data needs to be be cleaned up. Miss triggered notes removed and quantized correctly. This will help remove the imperfections of the performance. If a midi note is off the grid by even a few ticks or a flubbed wrong note is recorded but at a very low velocity so is not heard. All this might be interpreted wrong by the scoring software and you'll see all sorts of complicated notes instead of the desired simple notes.

Once the Midi is edited in the Piano roll editor it would be interpreted more accurately by the Scoring software but it will still need editing in the scoring app. Welcome to music software.

Generally - garbage in garbage out. If the MIDI isn't exact in Mixcraft, the resulting MIDI file will be the same. You can minimize this and even eliminate it but it is time consuming:

For each clip, you select the notes (or All notes) you want to have specific durations and quantize them. Assuming 16th note quantization for example, this doesn't change quarter notes to 16th notes per se, but can force the beginning of a quarter note to fall directly on the 16th note division. Any notes less than a 16th in this example would become 16th notes. If you know your smallest division would be 32nd notes, then you might try quantizing to that. However, if there are triplets and such, you should handle those separately on a case by case basis.

If you are recording by hand (playing a flute part on keyboard for example), when recording there is an option to record quantized. This way, your notes would be lined up and the durations "perfect" without have to edit them afterwards in the clip detail.
