I am using Mixcraft and when I open up the VST Electric Sunburst in KONTACT everything is fine.
I can select a pattern such as Wanderlust and it plays.
I soon as I press record, it plays the pattern in cut time.
Playback is set to 1:1
I can't figure it out.

Which version and build of Mixcraft are you using?
What do you mean by "cut time?" Is your project tempo set correctly?

What do yo mean by "cut time?"
Try updating to Mixcraft 9.0 build 470.
Does the problem happen in Mixcraft 10 build 621?
