Hi,
I have been experiencing difficulties in Mixcraft 9 Pro Studio in regards to unwanted clicking sounds appearing. They are especially egregious when there is any change in a track automation, where crackling noises are constant until said automation's envelope has reached a fixed point (be it volume, EQ, etc.). These artifacts sometimes show up at the beginning and end of audio clips as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Audio drop out and artifacts are mostly caused by your audio system not being set up properly or by to low a buff setting and a combination of both.
It would help if you posted what audio interface you are using and what your buffer setting is.
Also if you are using a lot of plug ins that can hog CPU and RAM.

Re: Need help eliminating popping & clicking
Just throwing it out there, I had one track that constantly popped when I rendered it to mp3. Was random, but always seemed to occur at the same place in a measure. Several times during the song, but not every instance of that bass guitar/line.
Took me a while to figure it out, but I had tweaked one bass note higher than I should have in melodyne and that was causing the pops. Brought it back down to a reasonable level +3.0db, and the popping stopped. Could it be something similar or something with volume automation? See if you can narrow it down to a track.
