mixcraft 9 Reload

I've purchased mixcraft 9 and used it quite a bit in the last couple of years. My laptop died and I lost everything. How can I load the already purchased software onto my new laptop.

Assuming you still have the same internet service provider and access to your old email receipts or at least remember your old email address, just go to the main Acoustica website and log in to your user account. From there select Orders and demos to get to your purchased software with the relevant activation codes.
It's good practice to keep receipts of any programs / samples/ etc. with either hard copied and printed somewhere or on a separate external drive.

I just thought.
If you have managed to log on here then you may be able to just click on the Store button above and select Login.
