I have received this error while tring to convert a file.

'M:\CUTS\02112.WAV' is missing a data chunk!

I have talked to the maufacture of the software used to create this file and they tell me they have not changed the way thier program creates a cart chunk header in the past 10 years. In fact they were part of the development team when comming up with a standard for cart chunk data. Are you hard coding the length of the cart chunk in your software?

Hi,

We don't pay any attention to cart chunks at all, that error message means that the converter is not finding the actual audio data chunk at all for some reason.

Can you please submit an Acoustica Support Request and send us a small sample file that you are unable to convert?
