Can I take a song from a CD or itunes and remix it with a different song or make a loop from it. If so how do you do it.

Hi,
Mixcraft can't rip CDs, so you have to get the songs onto your hard drive with some other program. Also, Mixcraft only loads the following formats: MP3, WMA, WAV, Ogg and AIFF. So, if your iTunes songs are in .m4a format, you should convert them to MP3.
Once you've got some supported audio files to work with, check out these video tutorials for Mixcraft.
