7200 error ???

I am trying to use Acoustica audio converter pro and convert songs that are on my hard drive I keep getting 7200 error do not understand what has happened or how to fix it please help

Hi,
That's a new one on me. What kind of files are they? MP3? WMA? Is there more to the error message? Can you convert any files successfully right now?

they are wav files and no I can not convert any of the files to mp3.

Can you convert MP3 files to something else?
