error write command

i tried the 7 day try period and I cant burn a cd it keeps telling , write ERROR failed on device 1:1:0
illegal command request 04h 00h 02h and so on ..PLease help

Hi,
Please try to burn again, then quit the program and send us the djtwist-log.txt file from your Acoustica DJ Twist and Burn folder. You can email it to support (at) Acoustica (dot) com. Include a description of the problem so we know what's going on.

Hello,
I have the same problem:
error 'WRITE' command failed on device 0:0:0
only the ''0:0:0'' is diffirent
what must I do?
