get strange message

I get the following message when I try to use acoustica mp3 cd burner:

"The application failed to initialize properly (0Xc0000005). Click on Ok to terminate the application."

What is this? I have reinstalled acoustica cd player any number of times and this message shows up everytime. It will not allow me access to the application.

Acoustica MP3 CD Burner is probably the best of its kind around. I use it daily so it is important to me.

Try deleting this file:

%appdata%\Acoustica\Acoustica MP3 CD Burner\Acoustica.adb

If that doesn't do the trick, please send us the cdburner-log.txt file from the same folder. Please submit an Acoustica Support Request to send us the log file.
