computer freezes
I've used the Acoustica mp3 burner with the free trial before. It worked great and I really liked it. Last year I paid for it, I got a new computer recently, a windows XP. Now when I get on Acoustica to burn a cd, the whole computer freezes. This is a pain in the a**. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
The next time it happens, quit MP3 CD Burner send us your cdburner-log.txt file, which is located in this folder:
%appdata%\Acoustica\Acoustica MP3 CD Burner\
You can also find it by clicking on the Windows Start menu, selecting All Programs, then Acoustica MP3 CD Burner and finally Logs.
Please submit an Acoustica Support Request and attach the log file.
