Problem with "Great Mistake" tutorial file

Hi

I have been watching the execellent "Mix an Entire Song Start to Finish" tutorial by Eric on youtube.

My problem is I have now downloaded the tutorial dry mix twice and both times when extracting the file I get a CRC error on one of the files in the .zip. The file in question is "merge-track 01 6-10-2010 ID5". I can extract the other files and open the project in mixcraft - although obviously mixcraft tries to find an alternative loacation for the missing file. I think it is the file for track 3 - which is Tom 1 (this is the only track that comes up as an empty track in the mix).

Is there any chance of either re-uploading the entire .zip file to the ftp server or even just the broken file.

I just downloaded it and had the same issue. I will re-export it tonight and post here when it's ready. Thanks for pointing out the issue.

Glad to hear it, I will be removing the temporary link now and uploading the new complete zip file. Just for future reference for other people.

I downloaded it, ignored the error and noticed some of the track names were incorrect, I ignored that as well and pushed on relentlessly.

Is there any suggestion we could/should upload our mixes so we can listen to other interpretations. Acoustica could offer a prize? Just a thought.

I agree it would be cool to hear other peoples mixes of this song. Maybe we can come up with a way to upload them for the Acoustica team to review. I'll get back to you on that. Thanks for the suggestion.
