Dead Space on Output

When I mix down a song to mp3 on a 13 track song, why is there blank/dead space for a minute or so in the middle of the track?

Do you have the latest build of Mixcraft 5 installed? If not get it here
Also, are you using a 3rd party effect that might not be working well with Mixcraft? Is it used at the point when the dead air occurs?
