Moving remaining patterns in a sequence after deleting one
In the process of shortening a sequence I am deleting specific patterns in the middle of the sequence. What is the easiest way to move the remaining patterns to fill in the space vacated by the deleted pattern. I know you can select the remaining patterns and cut/paste or drag them, but I have many patterns and that is an ugly process. Any hints would be great. thanks

Select the first one, scroll to the last and hold the shift key on your keyboard before selecting the last one, this selects them all. Now drag it into place, it's quite simple.
