Data Disc Device Error

Hi..I'm hoping you can help.
I was attempting to burn an mp3 disc. The amount of space on the blank disc was 700mb. I was only using about 1/2 of that. The disc manufacturer is Sony. One of the songs is about 200 mb in length.

I've never had a problem before but the following error message kept appearing:
Failed on (pDataCD Write To Disc()]
DATADISC_DEVICE_ERROR with system code 0x0

The message also offers a list of possible suggestions to try and correct the issue did not fix the problem as I keep on getting this message.

Is there any other suggestions you might have that I can try ? I really love this program, so I'm hoping you may have something I haven't tried yet.

Hi,

Recreate the error, then quit MP3 CD Burner and send us your cdburner-log.txt file, which is located in this folder:

%appdata%\Acoustica\Acoustica MP3 CD Burner\

You can also find the log file by clicking on the Windows Start menu, selecting All Programs, then Acoustica MP3 CD Burner and finally Logs.

Submit an Acoustica Support Request and attach the cdburner-log.txt file.
