Help File for Beatcraft

I recently purchased and installed Beatcraft and am enjoying how easy it is to use. However I do have some questions and cannot get my help file to open. I need a file named WinHlp32.exe. I have tried the Microsoft website and have been run in circles. It seems they want everyone to spend $200.00 for Windows 7 and I already have a computer with that and don't like it all that much. Can anyone tell me how to get this file? Thanks in advance.
