The Acoustica audio converter installation won't accept my serial number. I bought it a few years ago and had to reformat my computer.

I save downloads and serial numbers on an external drive. I know that the serial number is correct, but wonder about the email address.

How can I fix this?

That may be a MP3 to Wave Converter PLUS registration code. Audio Converter Pro has a longer registration code separate by dashes.
