Does Trim, boost, normalizing change the original mp3 file

When we burn mp3 CDs and select the option to boost or normalize and also automatic volume adjustment.

Does this pocess affect the original mp3 file.

because I dont want to change the original file and cause it to distort due to sound cracking if the volume leveling is not proper

No, the original MP3 files are never altered.

Well, actually, if you edit an MP3 file's tag information, that is changed, but boost and stuff like that won't change the original files.
